Purpose of the website

This website presents the yacht maintenance, refit, berthing, winter storage, yacht transfer and yacht concierge services offered by Sailorone (owner Massimiliano Cusimano, VAT number IT07022240829) in Sicily. By using the website you accept these terms.

Information, prices and quotes

The information on the website is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Published rates, such as the yacht transfer rate per nautical mile, exclude VAT. The savings estimate and the example costs are indicative only and depend on the yacht, the marina and the work required.

Nothing on the website is a binding offer. A contract is concluded only when a written quote, stating the work, the price and the timing, is accepted by both parties. The terms of that quote prevail over the content of the website.

Access

Access to the website is free. We aim to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance or updates.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, 3D models, graphics and logos on the website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Liability
